Polar Bears Chia Pudding
POLAR BEAR CHIA PUDDING JARS
Ingredients:👇🏻
đź’™200ml oat milk
đź’™1/4 cup chia seeds
đź’™2 tbsp agave syrup
💙1/2 tsp @theorganiclabs Blue spirulina
đź’™125g yogurt
Polar bears:
🤍1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight, rinsed and drained
🤍3 tbsp agave syrup
🤍1/4 cup almond flour
🤍1/4 cup coconut flour
🤍100g shredded coconut
🤍white chocolate chips
Method:
-Mix milk with agave syrup, chia seeds and @theorganiclabs blue spirulina powder. Leave overnight in the fridge.
Divide into 2 jars served with yogurt and polar bear cookie dough balls.
-For Cookie dough balls just soak cashews overnight, rinse and drain. Blend with agave syrup until smooth, then mix with almond flour and coconut flour. Make the balls and roll into shredded coconut. For ears and nose use white chocolate chips and pain eyes with melted chocolate
