Vanilla Cake with Matcha Minty Frost
Cake ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 2/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Frosting ingredients:
- 200g vegan cream cheese
- 100g coconut cream
- 2 tbsp @theorganiclab.eu Minty Matcha

Recipe method:
1) Set oven to 180c and line a baking tray with grease proof paper
2) Sift flour into bowl and then add all dry ingredients
3) In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and then mix into bowl with dry ingredients. Stir until no lumps remain.
4) Add into baking tray and put in oven for 30-40 minutes until baked through
5) Prepare the frosting by whisking all ingredients and adding @theorganiclab.eu Minty Matcha blend
6) Once the cake is ready remove from oven and leave until completely cooled. Add the frosting, cut a slice and then enjoy.
