Rainbow Chia Pudding

 

This Gorgeous Chia Pudding was made by the amazing @alchemy.eats

RECIPE

To make the chia base, we mixed coconut yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds and a hint of maple syrup for sweetness.

For the mixture, use 3-4 tbsp of chia seeds per 1 cup of non-dairy milk, then add an additional tbsp of coconut yogurt for extra creaminess. Add a drizzle of maple syrup for sweetness.

Split the mixture into sections and mix in the @theorganiclab.eu superfood powders. Use 1 - 2 tsp of powder (this depends on the size of your serving pots).

Spoon layers into pots. Top with fruit and granola. Add an extra drizzle of maple syrup on top of you have a sweet tooth like us 🙈
