Rainbow Cheesecake

For the crust: - cookies (100g),
- coconut shreds (25g), - coconut oil - melted (100ml)

For the white layer: - full fat coconut milk (500ml)

Chill every layer till firm, before adding the next one.

- yogurt - coconut or any other (300ml)
- white chocolate - melted (100g)
- mix everything, then add:
- agar agar 8 tsp (or gelatine 6tsp)

- - blue spirulina (blue)
- - matcha (green)
- - turmeric (yellow)
- - dragon fruit (pink)
- - maqui berry (purple)
Chill every layer till firm, before adding the next one.
