Ingredients:

  • 1½ tsp matcha powder (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (preferably full-fat for a creamier texture)
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for a richer vanilla flavor)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a bit of warm water (about 2 tbsp) until it’s smooth and lump-free. This step ensures the matcha powder dissolves properly.

  2. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the prepared matcha, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, and vanilla extract (if using). Add honey or sweetener if desired.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you want a thicker shake, toss in a few ice cubes.

  4. Taste & Adjust: Taste the shake and adjust sweetness or matcha intensity as needed.
