Easter Bunny Pancakes

Ingredients:👇🏻
•1+1/2 cup self rising flour
•250 ml milk
•1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
•1 tsp vanilla sugar
•1 tbsp cane sugar
•1/4 tsp @theorganiclabs beetroot powder.
Method:
-Make buttermilk by mixing oat milk with apple cider vinegar and set aside for a 5 min.
-Mix all dry ingredients, then pour buttermilk. Mix well to incorporate. Transfer batter to a piping bag and make a perfect round shape mini pancakes and bunny ears. Cook on a non stick pan on a low heat 1-2 min on each side.
For bunny face I used icing sugar, beetroot powder, lemon juice and melted chocolate. If you are on the rush use edible vegan pen.
