Blue Spirulina Parfait
First layer:

third layer:
homemade sugerfree granola
fourth layer:

50g oats
25g puffed amaranth
25g puffed buckwheats
30g chopped almonds
30g coconut seeds
30g chopped walnuts
10g sesame seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp fled seeds
1 tbsp linseeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
60g melted coconut oil
4-5 tbsp apple sauce
first preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Then put all ingredients into a bowl and mix them with the coconut oil and the apple sauce. Lay the mixture on a baking tray and bake it for about 10 minutes. Then turn it. Bake it the way you like it crispy or not so crispy. it smells sooo goood!
Let it cool down and now you can put it in a jar for saving. .
